Suffering With Friends

So outside of racing and training it's nice to do sessions with friends - that's exactly what we did today; hill reps around the Otley area. The concept is simple - a nice slow spin out to each hill, then attack with everything you have, regroup at the top and move on to the next hill.




The route today? Start off doing East Chevin, West Chevin, Old Pool Bank and finishing with Black Hill.

It hurt.

It was fun.

These are the sessions which everyone should do - not because it'll make me super fast, or super strong (I'm sure it'll help me along), but because it's fun and suffering with friends is always easier than alone.
