Wales Day 1

So I've taken a trip to Wales to recce out the Ironman course - the build up was awful, the weather has looked to be absolutely terrible and even on the drive in it's been pretty awful.

However...

After 6 long hours of driving I finally arrived - it's absolutely gorgeous here! Little run (which was way too hot!) done to help loosen the legs, and then discovered a beer in the fridge for me - how's that for service?!
